How custom can I get with my home?

You home can be as customized as you’d like. Some families choose to start with a floor plan and make changes from there, while other opt to have a completely unique floor plan designed specifically for their needs. We also have a recommended list of partners for things like windows, appliances, roofing, and more, but you can always opt to use any companies or suppliers you prefer for any of the materials on your home.

How do I find the land to build on?

We work with various communities in the metro with available lots to build on. We can help you find the perfect lot and decide where to build based on the area, school districts, community features, and more. If you already have land and know where you’d like to build, we can do that as well.

How long does it take to get a custom home?

Depending on the size of your home, scale of the project, and custom features, your home can take anywhere from one year to a few years to complete. As we flesh out the plans for your new home and understand the scope of your build, we can provide more accurate time estimates for completion and move-in.

How does picking custom features work?

For custom features like roofing, exterior materials, etc., we work with a list of reputable suppliers and companies that you can choose from to specify colors, finishes, and so on to suit your taste. For features like lighting, furniture, appliances, hardware, and so on, you have complete control over the look of your home. We work with a team of interior designers who can help you curate your home’s look.
